Description

Geotrichum candidum, liquid ripening culture, mixed yeast, better salt tolerant strain. Gives a white, short and no powdery rind. Fast growth. Very good anti mucor activity. Can be used for mixed cheese rinds type Saint Nectaire, Reblochon. Refrigerator storage for 6 to 12 weeks. One dose for 500 litres of milk. Price per dose. Quantitative discount by 60 or 120 tubes.
