Improves the proteolysis and flavours production on a long ripening time . To use also in brine for Feta. Composition : Lactobacillus helveticus and lactis. One tube DL1 for 500 litres of milk. Bag of 10 tubes DL1 . Price for one tube. Quantitative discount by 60 or 120 tubes.
