Freeze-dried lactic thermophilic cultures for cheeses and yoghurts. Advised for sheep's milk yoghurts. Mixture of strains of Lactobacillus Bulgarius (LB) and Streptococcus thermophilus (ST). Culture for direct set inoculation. One tube DL1 for 100 to 200 litres of milk in cheese and 20 litres of pasteurized milk in yoghurt. Bag of 10 tubes DL1. Price for one tube.
