Description

Freeze-dried lactic thermophilic cultures for cheeses and yoghurts. Advised for sheep's milk yoghurts. Mixture of strains of Lactobacillus Bulgarius (LB) and Streptococcus thermophilus (ST). One tube DL1 100 to 200 litres of milk in cheese and 20 litres of pasteurized milk in yoghurt. Bag of 10 tubes DL1. Price for one tube. Quantitative discount by 60 or 120 tubes.
