Mixture of lactobacillus lactic cultures for the production of pressed cooked more typed cheeses ; like Abondance, Beaufort, Comté. To inoculate with Kappa 1 or 2 or 3. Improves the proteolysis and flavours production on a long ripening time. To use also in brine for Feta. Composition : Lactobacillus helveticus and lactis. One tube DL3,5 for 1500 litres of milk.
