Mixture of freeze-dried mesophilic lactic cultures and ripening cultures, for lactic cheeses. Composed of mesophilic cultures, yeast and Geotrichum candidum (white and short). Used for ripened lactic cheeses type Saint Marcellin, Picodon, Charolais, Rigotte… One tube DL3,5 for 350 to 700 litres of milk. Culture for direct set inoculation. Price for one tube. Quantitative discount by 60 or 120 tubes.
