Description

For pressing pressed cheeses. Pneumatic jack with aluminium body and stainless steel rod. Press frame in stainless steel. Capacity of one jack: 20 Tomme cheeses or 5 Raclette cheeses. Pressure controlled and adjusted by a pressure gauge. Pressure between 0.3 and 5.0 bar depending on the type of mould and cheese-making technology. With trough for draining the whey. Working height under the jacks 1100 mm. Overall height 2250 mm. Depth 650 mm. Width 700 mm. Stainless steel pressing plate not included (part no. 042BBA). Equipment supplied dismantled (Base/Upright/Jack). Works with 5-bar compressor, not included.
