Description

Freeze-dried lactic thermophilic cultures for cheeses and yoghurts. Advised for sheep's milk yoghurts. Mixture of strains of Lactobacillus Bulgarius (LB) and Streptococcus thermophilus (ST). Culture for direct set inoculation. One tube DL3,5 for 350 to 700 litres of milk in cheese and 150 to 180 litres of pasteurized milk in yoghurt. Price for one tube. Sold by unit. Quantitative discount by 60 or 120 tubes.
