1000-litre cheese and pasteurization tank fitted with a central mechanized whey draining jib with 3 rotating curd-slicing (satellite) blades. Heating up to 90°C by 30 kW resistors. Tank comprising: the circuit's water circulating pump. Cooling by water circulation in the water bath. Heating and cooling controller, with 9 automatic programs and 1 manual mode. 5 to 30 rpm speed regulator + frequency inverter. Manual tilting at the end of draining. SMS 63 male outlet. Power supply 400 Volts - 50 Hz. Accessories and options explained in the technical data sheet: curd stirring scoops, central stirrer blade, valve, deferred start-up, logger… For other programming or heating modes, please enquire.
