300-litre automatic pasteurization tank. Heating up to 100°C with external hot water. Recommended boiler wattage: 35 kW. Heat exchanger with 3/4' (20/27) couplings for hot and cold water inlets and outlets, controlled by solenoid valves. Tank comprising: the circuit's water circulating pump, cooling plate heat exchanger, pressure gauge and remixing valve. Heating and cooling controller, with 9 automatic programs and 1 manual mode. Fixed-speed (23 rpm) central stirring, optional speed regulator. Manual tilting at the end of draining. SMS 51 male outlet. Power supply 230 Volts - 50 Hz.
